Energy Department Webinar April 23: Educational Opportunities in Bioenergy at National Laboratories
April 17, 2012
The Energy Department will present a live webcast titled Educational Opportunities in Bioenergy on Monday, April 23, from 2:00–3:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time. During the webinar, experts from DOE's National Renewable Energy Laboratory and Oak Ridge National Laboratory will showcase specific bioenergy research programs and exciting educational opportunities available for undergraduate, graduate, and post-doctoral students at both national labs.
The webinar topics will feature synopses of these bioenergy research programs, highlight the benefits to students participating in them, and provide a list of important contacts to help students get involved. Webcast presenters include current and former student participants and leaders of the bioenergy research programs from both national labs, who will provide information on the programs and their experiences. The webinar will conclude with a question and answer session.
