ESPC ENABLE Project Assistance and Training

To learn how to use ESPC ENABLE, take the Streamlining ESPCs for Small Sites First Thursday Seminar on demand.

The Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) offers project assistance and training to help Federal agencies implement Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC) ENABLE projects.

Project Assistance

Through FY2014, project assistance from FEMP is cost-free and may include project management as well as technical support from experienced project facilitators and procurement staff. General Services Administration (GSA) contracting staff are also available to answer questions regarding the GSA Federal Supply Schedule 84, SIN 246-53.

To learn more about one-on-one project assistance for your ESPC ENABLE project, contact Evan Fuka at 202-406-4107.

FEMP provides formal training to Federal employees as well as service providers to help them understand the ESPC ENABLE procurement process. Training is available in multiple formats so please check the FEMP training calendar for specific ESPC ENABLE offerings.
