FEMP Receives Internationally Recognized Training Accreditation

November 14, 2013

Following a rigorous application process, the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) has awarded the U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) the prestigious “Authorized Provider” designation for continuing education and training.

IACET-accredited FEMP trainings support the Federal Buildings Personnel Training Act (FBPTA) and equip energy and facility management professionals with the knowledge and skills to improve on-the-job competencies.

FEMP training helps prepare buildings personnel for higher-level clean energy jobs in renewable technology, facility management, and advanced, high-tech building automation systems.

Regulators, credentialing associations, licensing bodies, and employers worldwide recognize IACET CEUs as the standard for continuing education credit.  IACET accreditation ensures that FEMP training courses meet the highest standards of continuing education and professional development.
